LP Artwork: June's Got Rhythm

A classic cover, and very much of its time: June Christy's 1958 album, June's Got Rhythm. She termed the theme of the album as "intimate swing" and all twelve tracks feature arrangements by her husband, Bob Cooper.

LP Artwork: For the Night People

I recently moved house and was unpacking my vinyl collection and, especially in this era of downloads and CDs, I was reminded of the magic of the 12" by 12" cover artwork. So, with that in mind, I'll feature a choice example from each show's playlist, starting with this retro special by Julie London which contains her sultry rendition of I Got It Bad (And That Ain't Good).
